The Gear Sieve Bucket end plates and all ground engaging edges are manufactured from Bisalloy 400 high strength high wear resistant material,

The pins and bosses are machined to .15mm fitting tolerances,

The pins are retained in the bosses by a roll pin and circlip assembly on all GEAR attachments that have removable pins.

Head plate gusset includes a corner key lock design to reduce structural fatigue on high stress areas.
